The staff of Solarbright, located at Prestons here in Sydney either answered immediately or returned promptly every phone call and email sent to him during the sale and installation process. He visited our house, which is the site of the installation several times and kept his appointment times. His grooming was impeccable as were his manners, initially we thought him too good to be true in this day and age, but, after completing the transaction we have no hesitation in highly recommending him as the professional he is and an excellent choice of representative for your product.

We had some installation queries (the end covers were left off by the installers) and he followed this up with both ourselves - checking to see of the work was completed and the installers - trying to arrange prompt completion over a number of days with ongoing phone and email contact. Thank you for the wonderful installation of my Skylight to the kitchen area. It is absolutely the very best addition to the house I have ever done.

Before I was using the electricity nearly all day when cooking; since the skylight; I have not turned the lights on at all during the day and only about 7.30 to 8pm at night.

I would highly recommend your skylight to anyone thinking of doing such an addition to their home. In fact , I have already told most of my friends about it and when they see for themselves I am sure they will have one installed also.

Your representatives were very courteous and helpful and the installer was very efficient and did an excellent job on a difficult ceiling as it was all hardwood not gyprock.

The other item which impressed me was that everyone came at the time booked so there was no waiting in for someone who never came.
