This is the feed-in tariff, and three or four years ago you could get 10 to 15 cents per kWh for it. That’s not bad when you are only paying max 28c a kWh for peak power.

Now I see the economics are tougher for our solar customers without a battery – you will only get 3 or 4 cents a kWh feed in. It’s nice to get a little back, but it’s even better not to pay for electricity in the first place.
