Thomas has been with SolarBright for over 8 years. As Operations Manager he oversees the running of the administration team and the solar skylight installation teams across NSW.

Previously Thomas gained hands-on experience as a Warehouse Team Member, where he developed a deep understanding of logistics, inventory management, and product assembly. This position gave him insight into the technical specifications and operational processes behind the company’s product range.
Thomas then transitioned into the role of Customer Service Representative, where he honed his communication and problem-solving skills while working directly with clients. In this capacity, he became well-versed in the practical applications of SolarBright’s offerings, troubleshooting client queries, and providing tailored ventilation, skylight, solar and battery solutions to meet their needs.
